Deep-cleaning alkaline
Accessories required : Cleaning container article no.: A-RE-00001 and ph test strips
Instructions for use:
Attention: Wear protective clothing (gloves and goggles).
1. dissolve powder in a cleaning container (pre-rinsed) with 4 litres of lukewarm water
Close container and shake 3 times. Take a sample. Solution should be purple.
Place the tap head of the beverage keg on the cleaning container under CO2 pressure. 4.
Open the tap until some purple cleaning solution flows out of the tap and the line is filled with cleaning liquid. 5.
Close the tap and let the solution soak in for approx. 10-20 minutes. TM DESANA max cl dissolves the dirt in the pipe and turns green.

Repeat steps 4 and 5 - now with a reaction time of 3 minutes - until the cleaning solution no longer turns green.
The cleaning is complete when the solution turns purple again, then the beverage line has been microbiologically cleaned.
Only rinse with water several times and check the pH value with the pH test strip. (Match the pH value of the drinking water).
The used solution can be drained into the sewage system with the rinsing water.
